The recipes make you want to try at home!
Science Sweets & Original Cocktails made with MIZUBASHO Artist Series.

Introducing three cocktails that you can easily make and casually enjoy at home.

Sachika Ota:
I’m going to use lemon sorbet for this recipe.
Mix the sorbet with a lot of air to make a fluffy texture.
This will make the ice less dense.
Then, pour MIZUBASHO Artist Series Sparkling over the sorbet.
Immediately after pouring sparkling sake on top of the sorbet, bobbles will quickly pop up in the glass.

Original Cocktail Recipe made with MIZUBASHO Artist Series
① 【Lemon cocktail】 (Serving for 2 champagne glasses)

[Ingredients]
Lemon sorbet 120g
MIZUBASHO Artist Series Sparkling 400ml

1)Place lemon sorbet 60g into each champagne glass.
2)Pour MIZUBASHO Artist Series Sparkling 200 ml slowly into each glass.

*Note: By using high-to-low-density transition in ice, bobbles of the sparkling sake will quickly pop up over the fluffy sorbet. Please enjoy the flavor of the lemon deriving from these popped bubbles too.

Sachika Ota:
I’m going to use Campbell Early sorbet for the next recipe. Campbell Early grapes are often used for making red wines. You can enjoy lightly grape-colored Japanese sake. I’m sure that MIZUBASHO Artist Series Sparkling goes well with juice oozed out of the fruit.

② 【Grape cocktail】 (Serving for 2 champagne glasses)

[Ingredients]
Grape sorbet 120g

*Note: using Campbell Early (red grape) sorbet at the event
MIZUBASHO Artist Series Sparkling 400ml

1)Place grape sorbet 60g into each champagne glass.
2)Pour MIZUBASHO Artist Series Sparkling 200 ml slowly into each glass.

*Note: By using high-to-low-density transition in ice, bobbles of the sparkling sake will quickly pop up over the fluffy sorbet.  Anthocyanin in grapes will transform MIZUBASHO sake into a stylish presence. Please enjoy its flavor deriving from these popped bubbles too.

Sachika Ota:
I’m going to use fresh Shine Muscat grapes for the last recipe.
Place 5-6 grapes into a plastic zip bag.
Then, pour MIZUBASHO Artist Series Sparkling into the bag.
Seal the bag and store it in the fridge for about 3 hours.
You can make an excellent dessert only with these simple steps.
You can use your favorite fruit instead of Shine Muscat grapes that I used this time. So, you can enjoy various flavors with this recipe.
Although it’s delicious to eat them without adding anything, pouring MIZUBASHO Artist Series Sparkling on top will make these grapes tastier.
Please enjoy the fizziness and flavor of the MIZUBASHO Artist Series Sparkling together with fruit.

③ 【Shine Muscat cocktail】 (Serving for 2 champagne glasses)

[Ingredients]
Shine Muscat grape 5-6 pieces
MIZUBASHO Artist Series Sparkling 200ml plus 200ml (for pouring)

1)Place 5-6 grapes into a plastic zip bag and pour about 200ml MIZUBASHO Artist Series Sparkling into the bag. Seal the bag and store it in the fridge for 3-4 hours.
2)Place 2-3 marinated grapes into each champagne glass and pour MIZUBASHO Artist Series Sparking on top.
